Greenwood

Greenwood (100% recyclable material from 100% recycled ingredients) is formed, covered and trimmed in one operation, reducing labor costs. Greenwood allows for mold-in retainer ability (metal and plastic), reverse flanging, dimensional stability and very deep draws with no pre-form operation required. Greenwood offers low tooling costs, is dielectrically compatible, paintable and grainable with a polypropylene coating.

LoPrefin

LoPreFin is formed, covered, and trimmed in one operation, reducing labor costs. It allows for mold-in retainer ability (metal & plastic) and reverse flanging. LoPreFin also features low water absorption, high temperature stability with low density and can be molded as thin as 2.0mm. Its performance in impact testing shows it to be an exceptional side impact resistant material.

ProBond

Probond is a patented multilayer composite that may be tailored to your product specifications. By modifying the structure of the composite, varying thicknesses, rigidity levels and acoustical properties can be molded in target areas of the part. The flexibility and low weight of the finished part aids in vehicle installation.

Natural Fiber

Natural fiber is a light-weight, low cost, 100% recyclable material that can be formed into nearly any shape. It has a high energy absorption capacity (side impact) and a slow burning rate.
