Compression Molding

Sheet Stock:

Natural Fiber extruded sheets are preheated and loaded into a cold form tool, along with attachments. The part is formed and trimmed in a one step process or can also be used to produce substrate only. An optional secondary trim and pierce may be added.

Mat:

Natural Fiber mat is resonated and placed in a warm form tool, along with attachments. The part is formed and trimmed in a one step process or can also be used to produce substrate only. An optional secondary trim and pierce may be added.

ProBond Molding

Resonated Polyurethane foam and fiberglass or natural fiber is loaded into a hot form tool. The part is formed and trimmed in a one step process or can also be used to produce substrate only. An optional secondary trim and pierce may be added.

Compression Blow Molding

Two heated Natural Fiber extruded sheets, fabric cover,and attachments are loaded into the cold form tool. During the forming process, air is injected into the part to form a honeycomb structure. The completed part exhibits high load capabilities suitable for trunk and flooring systems.

Cut and Sew

Face goods are cut into pattern shapes using computerized cutters or die cutting. Various types of industrial sewing machines are used to join the pieces. Decorative top stitching, embroidery and fasteners are added during the sewing process if required.
